NERI CHINOTTO

The chinotto fruit, part of the citrus family, to the star of this unique and inimitable drink, with a perfect balance between the infinite nuances of medicinal plants sweetened by traditional sugar. The 20 selected herbs - including rhubarb, gentian, china, cinnamon, cloves, sweet and bitter orange, quassio, thyme and tamarind - are extracted with the classic method typical of digestive bitters using the latest technology, while maintaining the quality that has characterised Neri drinks since 1949 .

Non-alcoholic and carbonated, Chinotto Neri is caffeine-free and gluten-free.

This drink features the fragrance of freshly picked oranges, resulting from extracting the 15.6% of first quality orange juice.

Characterised by a delicate lemon note derived from a natural extract, Gassosa is one of the classic flavours of the Neri line. A natural product without excellence, it contains no dyes, no synthetic sweeteners and preservatives, it contains only sucrose sugar.

GI METAL FLEXIBLE SCRAPER

Triangular flexible scraper, for professional use. It is used for picking pizza dough from plastic pizza dough boxes, and also for cutting pizza dough in preparation time. The blade is in flexible tempered stainless steel; handle in polymer highly-resistant to heat, impact and scratch resistant, certified for food use.

GI METAL Rectangular ALUMINUM PERFORATED PIZZA PEEL

With neutral anodised head and light blue anodised handle, the reduced weight compared to classic models but is extremely sturdy with oval tubular handle to favour stability. The light and flexible head allows the scraper effect with appropriate ribbing that ensures resistance; the neutral anodising makes the surface even and protects it against oxidation; gentle, regular milling facilitates taking hold of the pizza. The head handle joint consists in the overlay of the two elements secured by three large rivets in line that guarantee safety and no movement, in addition the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle make it more comfortable to use. The perforation ensures low friction and releases flour preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza risking burning.

GI METAL ROTATING HEAD OVEN BRUSH

Professional brush with brass bristles and rear stainless-steel scraper. Aluminium anodised handle. The brass bristles allow fast and more efficient cleaning of refractory stone from food residues, flour, or ash. The swivel head of the brush allows reaching any area of the oven. PICCINI PROSECCO SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY

Launched in 2012, Piccini Prosecco is the first non-Tuscan wine for the brand. An extremely friendly wine, meant to be enjoyed fresh, more fruit and vivid, than complex and austere, more playful and lively than toasty and yeasty.

Prosecco and Chianti are wines of Italian attitude, an invitation to try out the Italian way of enjoying food in company of friends and family, relax and enjoy la dolce vita!

Vinification: Produced from glera grapes of the vineyards located in the province of Treviso. First fermentation occurs in steel vats at controlled temperature, with selected yeasts. The Charmat method for producing effervescence from a second fermentation performed in pressurized tanks is meant to preserve fruit and freshness. This specific method is geared toward retaining primary fruit character makes Prosecco a straightforward expression of terroir. From this point of view Prosecco DOC is a “grown” wine, showing the particular properties of its place of origin.  

Tasting notes: Intense fruity with rich scent of apple, lemon and grapefruit. A pronounced aroma of wisteria in bloom and acacia flowers. The floral aromas clash with a pleasantly bitter citrus rind note that is inherent in Prosecco grape (glera). Vivid and fresh, with a fine, persistent perlage.

Food paring: Prosecco is a fantastic wine food. Fantastic with antipasti, from olives to aged cheeses to roasted peppers or marinated artichokes. Wonderful with freshwater fish and sea food.

DEUS VODKA

Deus Vodka is the first and only Vodka produced from wine.

A collaboration between Deus Vodka and Piccini Wines, and 100% made in Italy, from the wine used for the distillation to the bottle. An exclusive vodka with a limited production focused on the highest quality standards.

Production process: Deus Vodka is distilled in Siena in a dedicated location specialised in premium spirit production. Selected wine steps six times through the column of distillation. The result of this process is a clear and pure product. The alcohol is lightly filtered twice over activated carbon filters in carefully controlled temperature conditions. The important phase of cooling follows, fundamental for the removal of essential oils and impurities. In addition to the conventional filtration, our team of experts decided to add a further filtration process over crystal fragments in order to achieve the unique taste and smooth flavour.

At the end of distillation process alcohol content is 96% alc. vol. (192 proof), the clearest distillate possible. Blended with neutral and pure water, the final product has 40% alc. vol. (80 proof), meeting the world standard.

Tasting notes: A delightfully smooth, fresh and distinctive character, with a citrus notes, pleasant and easy to drink, with a light sense of alcohol. Full and round palate with velvety texture. The finish of Deus Vodka leaves a lively tingle.

PERRONE “ELISABETTA” ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

“Elisabetta” represents the traditions and experience of the Perrone family, harvested from olives in the high hills of Italy. The unique environmentally-friendly production process results in a high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil.

Perrone’s olive trees are made up of 90% cultivar Sinopolese and 10% all'Ottobratica, resulting in a small but high-quality yield. The extra virgin olive oil has an acidity max. by 0.4%, and virgin olive oil 1, 5%. Their oils are periodically checked by chemical analysis and sensory professional tasters O.N.A.O.O.
