delivery
Not all locations are serviced daily. Please contact us for the specific delivery schedule. If you are outside our current delivery zone, we can arrange courier transport.
collection
Wholesale orders can be collected anytime from our Vasse Warehouse between the hours of 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday or by appointment outside of those times.
out of stock items
As many products are seasonal at South West Fine Foods, there will be unfortunately be occasions when specific items are not available. Natural products are subject to the vagaries of harvest, weather conditions and international demand. In the event an item is out of stock we will endeavour to communicate fully and where possible offer a substitute product as close as possible to the original price. No rainchecks.

You can download our credit application via the button below. The form is a fillable PDF and can also be printed out and filled in by hand.
Completed forms should be sent to admin@swfinefoods.com.au with the subject line ‘CREDIT APPLICATION: [business name]’
New Suppliers
Should you wish SWFF to become a stockist of your products please email info@swfinefoods.com.au
Returns
If a product is faulty, not as described or spoiled it will be refunded or exchanged if South West Fine Foods is notified within 48 hours of purchase.
Please choose and order carefully.
‘Change of Mind’ refunds and/or exchanges will be given solely at the discretion of South West Fine Foods and will be subject to a $20 re-stock fee.
